About us and our work

The office was founded by two attorneys at law, Emilia Barabasz and Marcjanna Dębska. We provide comprehensive legal services in civil, criminal and public procurement law. The practice of Marcjanna Dębska focuses on family, medical and criminal law. Emilia Barabasz specializes in copyright and civil law. She is also dedicated to human rights, especially equality issues.

We provide legal advice, draw up contracts (both in Polish and English) and represent our Clients in court and administrative litigation.

The office also provides pro-bono services. We take part in the Adwokaci na Granicy (“Attorneys on the Border”) campaign, in which the District Bar Council in Warsaw provides support to refugees seeking international protection in Poland, and represents them in both Polish courts and in the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg.

We also participate in the educational campaign Attorneys at Pol’And’Rock Festival.
